Inner Ashes

Inner Ashes is a first-person narrative adventure in which the player experiences how Alzheimer’s affects people and their memories through an emotive story of a father and daughter set in dreamlike sequences. The main character, Henry, must go on an introspective journey through two different realities on his quest to remember why he and his only daughter, Enid, have been estranged for so long.

Characters: Henry Hughes: A forest ranger diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, Henry struggles with his condition as he goes on a journey through his mind to remember his past. Enid Hughes: Henry’s daughter, who was always very curious and creative.

More is revealed about her through Henry’s memories. Joseph: Henry’s best friend and co-worker.

He plays an important role both in Henry’s past and present.
